Application:

Mechanical Vapor Recompression(MVR) is widely used in various industries such as pharmacy,chemical,petroleum, medical treatment, light industry, food,sea water desalination and garbage disposal,etc, and Roots vapor compressor is the core equipment of MVR. Comparing with the multiple-effect evaporation, MVR reduces greatly its energy consumption and operation cost.

Product Features:

Ø Excellent materials for long service life. Casing, headplate and impeller(two-lobe or tri-lobe) are all machined by CNC machining center; Gears are made of high quality alloy steel, after being carburized and hardened, gears are grinded by a high-precision grinding machine, its precision comes up to GB10095-88, class 5; All parts are highly precise, responsible. Thus, the blower has a long service life.

Ø Good wear resistance and corrosion resistance. NI-P composite coating or stainless steel is applied to the passage parts where the casing and medium contact, so the product can be wear resistant and corrosion resistant.  

Ø Low vibration and noise. Dynamically balance and the shrink fit of shaft and impellers that make the rotor fast and strong, can make sure the compressor low vibration and stable under the rated load. Backflow design can effectively reduce the pressure pulse and aerodynamic noise.

Ø No leakage and no contamination. The balanced-type double mechanical seals are applied to the shaft ends to make sure that the medium can be delivered without leakage, and the mechanical seal is of cartridge design, that makes the seal easily being installed and removed. The seals are lubricated, cooled and washed by soft water circulation system, Gearbox and cylinder are separated completely by a separating chamber that connect with the air. Thus no cross contamination between water and oil happen.

Ø The pressure-rise and temperature-rise are allowed to increase greatly, and the gears and bearings have long service lives. Big modules and heavy-duty gears and big size bearings are applied, so the product can carry a heavy burden. Due to the separating chamber, the steam heat can hardly transmit to two oil reservoirs. Jacket cooling being applied to oil reservoirs, makes the gears and bearings operate under lower temperature, and raises the product’s reliability.

Ø Easy removal and convenient maintenance. Taper fit between gear and shaft makes sure the gear center position accurate, makes the installation and removal easy. The hub and ring of driven gear are counter cone, this makes the installation and clearance adjust more convenient. All of these make the maintenance more easy, operation more reliable.

Ø It is safe and reliable that gears and bearings are splash-lubricated. Bearing housing makes the bearing easily replaced.
